This Strategic Plan is the result of a thoughtful and collaborative process rooted in prayerful discernment and guided by the voices of our school community. During the first year of our Strategic Plan, we will focus on building a strong foundation for successful implementation. This includes developing action plans for each strategic priority, forming committees, identifying leadership roles and responsibilities, and evaluating current practices to ensure they align with our goals. This intentional approach will help us move forward with clarity, collaboration, and purpose.
