Background Check
Must be renewed every 5 years. Background checks must be renewed every 5 years. Background checks are initiated through the CMGConnect website. If you are unsure about your expiration date, please contact the office.
Safe Environment Training
Must be renewed yearly. Click here for first time Safe Environment Training instructions.

Parent Ambassadors
Join Our Parent Ambassador Team!
Looking for a fun way to get involved at school, meet other parents, and help make the year extra special for our kids? We’d love to have you join our Parent Ambassador Team!
As a Parent Ambassador, you’ll work with a small group of parents to help make a few events throughout the year a success. Don’t worry—you won’t be doing it alone! The responsibilities are shared, and it’s a great way to get involved without a huge time commitment. There is no financial responsibility as SFA provides funding for the below items.
Here’s what you’ll help with:
- Plan and help with the All Saints Day and Christmas classroom parties.
- Work with your team to create two grade-level baskets for the LIVE! Auction.
- Help show our amazing staff some love during Staff Appreciation Week.
It’s a fun way to make memories, support our incredible school community, and help create a great experience for all of our kids.
If you’re interested in joining the Parent Ambassador Team, we’d love to have you! Please let us know if you’d like to volunteer—we can’t do it without amazing parents like you!
