This Strategic Plan is the result of a thoughtful and collaborative process rooted in prayerful discernment and guided by the voices of our school community. Through surveys, staff collaboration, leadership discussions, and the dedicated work of our Strategic Planning Core Team, we sought to listen carefully, reflect intentionally, and discern the path forward together.
